SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMELINES

We offer two shipping methods, with Express shipping availability depending on your delivery location.

The delivery timelines mentioned below are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as the distance from our facility to your delivery address and carrier availability.

Please note that shipments may experience delays during holiday season due to high order volumes and carrier congestion. While we work diligently to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, we advise replacing your order early to ensure timely delivery.


CANADA

  • Free Standard Shipping (Untracked): The most budget-friendly option for Canadian orders containing smaller, lightweight items. Perfect for items that fit within Canada Post's Lettermail size requirements (up to 2cm thick and 22.9 cmx 15.9 cm x 0.6 cm in dimension).  Please note that this option is untracked. If you require faster delivery with tracking information, you can upgrade your shipping option at checkout. Expect delivery within 4 to 14 business days from the date your order ships.

  • Standard Shipping (Tracked): This option is available for Canadian orders and provides tracking information. Expect delivery within 3 to 9 business days from the date your order ships.

  • Express Shipping (Tracked): This expedited option is available for select delivery locations. Expect delivery within 2 to 6 business days from the date your order ships.


UNITED STATES (US)

  • Standard Shipping (Tracked): This option is available for US orders and provides tracking information. Expect delivery within 4 to 8 business days from the date your order ships.

  • Express Shipping (Tracked): This expedited option is available for select delivery locations. Expect delivery within 2 to 6 business days from the date your order ships.


INTERNATIONAL

  • Standard Shipping (Tracked): This option is available to select International orders and provides tracking information. Expect delivery within 14 to 28 business days from the date your order ships. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on the destination country's customs procedures. Expect delivery within 14 to 28 business days from the date your order ships.

  • Express Shipping: This expedited option is not available for all international locations.

 

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. During the checkout, you will be able to see if your desired destination is included. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fees paid at checkout.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMELINES

Processing time may vary depending on the availability of the items and any customization requests.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment and usually ship out on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. We do not ship orders on statutory holidays.

Holiday Shipping

To ensure you receive your gifts on time, please be aware that shipping times may be longer than usual during the holiday season due to increased order volume and potential carrier delays.

We recommend placing your holiday orders as soon as possible to guarantee delivery before the festive season. While we will strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely shipping, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as carrier issues, inclement weather, or natural disasters. If you experience a shipping delay, please contact the shipping carrier directly for updates and assistance.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated based on the following:

  • Weight of the package
  • Shipping method selected
  • Final value of an order
  • Destination


Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

In some cases, we may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. Be sure to check the cart page for any applicable promotions.

Please note that some products may not be eligible for shipping, even if your order exceeds the minimum amount. This information will be clearly disclosed on the product page.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment online.


SHIPPING INSURANCE OPTION

For a small fee, you can protect your order against loss or damage during transit. Here's how it works:

  • Cost: Shipping insurance is available for an additional starting price of as low as $0.49 per order.
  • Coverage: If your order is lost or damaged during transit, you can file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive a refund or replacement.
  • How to add: Simply select the "Add Shipping Insurance" option during checkout.

Please note that shipping insurance must be purchased at the time of placing your order. Once the package leaves our location, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Claims for lost or damaged items must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
