Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

With that in mind, our goal is for all of our items to be cherished and if you have any issues, let us know.  Should we approve a return, please note that a restocking fee or return shipping fee may be applicable.

DAMAGE, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS received due to our own packing may be eligible for return. Please email us at info@aurorastones.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

LOST, MISSING, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ITEMS due to shipping carriers' or customs' negligence are non-reimbursable and will not be covered. We strongly advise you to consider purchasing additional insurance to protect against such instances.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, you can follow the same return process above. Please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. You are responsible for any additional charges incurred for returning items internationally.
